In 2021, Sam and architect/shaper Jay Smith began looking at projects in a collaborative arrangement. They follow similar design philosophies and believe their skill sets compliment each other; creating additional value for their clients.

While both firms are young, it does not represent the vast experience Jay and Sam bring to projects. Jay has been a team member on many projects, serving from design lead to finish shaper roles. He has worked with known architects such as Silva, Liddy, Fry, & Forse. Having a shaper, in such an influential role in the design, creates a more successful and efficient project.
